Calls you might be receiving are people who are seeking to take care of their home and so we need to be a safe space that they turn to get quick and effective assistance.

This role supports not only our customers on their first contact but also our service team and administration, ensuring smooth operations within the office..

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This candidate must be comfortable speaking on the phone and provide our customers with a friendly experience whenever they call.

Responsibilities

Process of all permits & follow through on inspections.

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy when they come in the building.

• Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette and directing calls as necessary.
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, oversee schedule and make adjustments as needed, communicating any changes to the schedule with customers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Utilize computer software for various clerical duties, including typing correspondence and proofreading documents for accuracy.
• Receive emails and correspond daily.
• Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications and typing skills are essential, must know how to email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
