Location 23751 N. 23rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85085, United States Base Pay $22.00 / Hour Job Category Field Employee Type FT - NonExempt Description Bring concrete to life by smoothing, shaping, and finishing poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and sitework. Spread concrete to the specified depth and consistency to ensure strong, lasting results. Level and finish freshly poured concrete using straightedges, floats, machine trowels, power screeds, rider trowels, and laser screeds. Achieve top-tier quality by power troweling, rubbing, and patching surfaces to meet Suntec’s high standards. Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project. Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on tools and equipment. Actively follow and support all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite guidelines. Support the team by performing additional duties as needed to keep projects moving smoothly. Requirements Strong commitment to jobsite safety and working safely in all conditions. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with crew members and leadership. Reliable, punctual attendance — ready and on time for Safety Pre-Task Planning every day. Physical stamina to perform demanding work in outdoor and field environments. Comfort working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated structures. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to follow instructions with moderate supervision and stay focused on quality. Ability to remain in a stationary position when required for finishing tasks.
