You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day. This role is ideal for individuals who value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors Support skill generalization across environments Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Consistent, compassionate engagement with children and families Reliability in attending sessions across assigned locations Accurate data collection and documentation Openness to feedback and ongoing learning Professionalism, flexibility, and communication Pay Range Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $25.00/hour (based on education and experience) Additional factors that may increase starting pay include: Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings Higher levels of education or relevant coursework Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification) Qualifications & Essential Job Functions Minimum age of 18 High School diploma or GEDrequired Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including: Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region Valid driver's license and punctual attendance Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community) No prior ABA experiencerequired- we train you Experience That Transfers Well Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional) Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies Mental health or human services roles Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience Why CAS Is Different Balance independence with strong clinical support Offer real training-not just shadowing Build confidence across settings Create clear paths for growth and advancement Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
