This full-time, direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional with estimating experience and a strong understanding of building science, structural concepts, and construction methods. What You'll Do: Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications Develop accurate estimates, panel package pricing, quantity takeoffs, and project costs Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, sales, and internal teams to address technical questions and project requirements Prepare bids, estimates, and supporting sales documentation while maintaining organized project records Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate project handoffs to the design team What You Need to Bring: Construction industry experience with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical drawings Previous construction estimating experience Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math aptitude Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams This company offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and professional development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
