Outside Parts Sales

Morrico Equipment is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales to join our Parts team. In this role, you will assist customers with OEM and aftermarket replacement parts for trucks, heavy construction equipment, forklifts, generators, and related equipment while supporting strong customer relationships and operational efficiency. What you’ll do Assist customers with OEM and aftermarket parts inquiries through walk‑ins, phone calls, email, and other communication channels Source, process, track, and deliver parts orders accurately and in a timely manner Research and identify correct parts based on equipment make, model, and serial numbers Maintain customer communication regarding order status, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Support warehouse and inventory activities including loading, unloading, filing, and order documentation Maintain accurate sales orders, quotations, invoices, and purchase order records Build relationships with current customers and help identify opportunities for new business growth About you High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in parts sales for trucks, automotive, or construction equipment preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications Well‑organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude What We Offer Paid Time Off (PTO) – Paid Time Off is available after completion of the introductory period to support rest, work‑life balance, and personal needs.
