Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating personalized treatment strategies
• Implement diverse physical therapy techniques targeting mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate actively with a team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehab specialists to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on their therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise regimens
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with organizational and regulatory standards
• Engage in patient care rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial, but not required

Skills

• Prior experience is strongly preferred
