Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Prepare body shop estimate of cost for labor, parts, and materials
• Maintain communication with customers and/or insurance companies
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator
• Good customer skills
• Good communication skills
• Some experience in writing profitable estimates
• Above average energy level
• Personal and professional integrity
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a background & driving screen prior to employment
• MUST HAVE PA APPRAISER LICENSE
