Position is Hybrid / a few days onsite a week at CPK Office in Dorchester, MA

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
• Core Requirements: 8-10 years of experience Appian platform experience Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field experience with deploying and maintaining software products in a cloud environment DevOps experience Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency
• Nice to Haves:- Team leadership- Excellent communication skills Location:- US Onsite- Columbia Park Office - Dorchester, MA
• Digital : Appian BPM - Business Process Management(BPM)
• 8-10Years Experience
