Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to engaged board members and resident committees, providing clear direction and professional insight.
Operational Autonomy: Direct onsite operations, manage community assets, and oversee vendor partnerships with true ownership and accountability.

Competitive Package: $70,000-$90,000 plus lucrative performance bonus potential, comprehensive healthcare/retirement benefits, and relocation assistance for top talent.

Schedule : Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

Drive Operational & Governance Excellence: Oversee daily operations, vendor contracts, facilities management, and preventive maintenance across community assets.
Board & Client Relations: Collaborate closely with homeowner and developer boards, navigating governance documents, financial oversight, and long-term strategic goals.
Financial Oversight: Manage community budgets, support financial reporting, ensure proper risk management, and maintain rigorous financial controls.
Team & Community Engagement: Support onsite staff members, foster positive resident relationships, and promote a vibrant community culture.

What We're Looking For

HOA Experience: Direct onsite community association management experience is strongly preferred; experienced portfolio managers managing complex associations, boards, and financials are also encouraged to apply.
Governance & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of association governance, financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Diplomacy & Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of guiding active boards, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and building trust.
Certifications: CMCA designation or industry credentials (e.g., M-100) are highly desirable.
