Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including post-surgical care and neuro rehabilitation.
• Experience or willingness to treat pelvic health, private injury, and work comp populations.

Clinic Overview:

• Outpatient private practice in Aurora, CO. Clinic provides a mix of orthopedics, neuro, post-surgical, pelvic health, private injury, and work comp care.
• Payer mix includes Medicare, Medicaid, federal payors, and most group health plans.
• Modern facility with ample parking and space to accommodate up to five providers.
• Current staff: 1 PT and 1.5 PTAs. Hiring forecast anticipates approximately 5 hires over the next 5 months for growth and backfill.
• Clinic philosophy emphasizes working at the highest level of license, evaluations, progress notes, and PTA oversight. Cultural fit and attitude prioritized.
