Operations Supervisor - Distribution Center Shift: Monday-Friday, start between 12:00 PM-2:00 PM to completion About the Role As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a frontline team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations within our distribution center. You'll coach employees, drive performance, and support day-to-day operations that help deliver critical healthcare products. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals * Support onboarding, training, and performance management of employees * Monitor operations, resolve issues, and adjust priorities in real time * Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements * Partner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and continuous improvement Qualifications * 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience * 3+ years in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred: * Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment * Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills * Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office Additional Requirements * Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed * Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
