What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow, top-quality service, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage and mentor team members - including technicians and service advisors - to achieve sales and service goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving.
• Monitor store performance metrics (sales, productivity, customer satisfaction) and take proactive steps to drive improvement.
• Manage budgets, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting to meet profit goals.
• Maintain full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) guidelines.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all areas of the store.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Proven success leading teams in a retail or service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems, service operations, and financial management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE Service Consultant (C1) certification preferred.
• Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
