Concrete Finisher/Supervisor:
Lead and supervise a crew in the preparation, pouring, finishing and curing of concrete flat work including slabs and walkways.
Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and safely.
Oversee rebar installation, form setting, and concrete placement using power tools, mixers, pumps, and hand tools.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements.
Manage material inventory, estimate quantities needed for each project phase and coordinate deliveries of concrete mixers, heavy equipment, and other supplies.
Perform quality control checks on finished surfaces such as concrete finishing, tile laying, stucco application, or masonry work, address any issues promptly.
