This role will lead preconstruction efforts, oversee estimating operations, build client and industry relationships, and help drive future growth initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of estimating and preconstruction experience Background with a large heavy civil contractor, self-perform contractor, or multifamily/general contractor Proven ability to lead pursuits, develop pricing strategies, and review complex estimates Strong industry relationships and market knowledge Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help identify and develop new business opportunities For immediate attention, if skills align, please email resume and projects to: Interested in hearing more?
