Phlebotomist IIPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Lilburn, GA. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00AM-3:00PM. Location: 4158 Stone Mountain Hwy, Lilburn GA 30047. Contract Length: 03+ Months. Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00/hour. Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate venipuncture and specimen collection, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.Process and prepare clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate specimen labeling.Maintain required records, documentation, and patient confidentiality.Provide excellent patient service and create a professional, welcoming environment.Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while managing multiple priorities.Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.Work independently and travel between multiple locations as required.Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED – RequiredMedical Assistant or Paramedic training – PreferredPhlebotomy Certification – Preferred Required in California, Nevada, and Washington1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.Customer service and keyboard/data-entry experience preferred.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
