Web Developer

Innovative Systems is currently seeking applicants for a Web Developer to join our talented team. This position is located in Mitchell, SD, remote work will not be considered. When you are part of the Innovative team as a Web Developer, you will: Develop features and enhancements across multiple telecommunications software products, gaining exposure to a wide range of business challenges and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer engagement, eCommerce, and self-service experiences. Design, develop and deploy web applications according to the company’s standards for software architecture. Work with modern Microsoft technologies including Blazor, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server . Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity, improve code quality, and streamline testing and documentation efforts. Make a meaningful impact by developing software used by communication service providers nationwide. Participate in an Agile development environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality. Help shape the future of customer-facing web and mobile experiences in the telecommunications industry. Write unit and integration tests necessary to ensure the reliability and consistency of software. Troubleshoot application issues in development, test and production environments. Work with product leads, software architects and project managers to implement technical solutions that meet the requirements and support documentation.
