Associate Veterinarian We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced team. What We Offer Competitive base salary, range of $130,000 - $180,000 (depending on schedule and experience) Production: 22%, quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual Generous PTO and CE allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave Professional dues, licensing fees, and liability coverage Pet care discounts and additional wellness benefits Qualifications Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA‑accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Minimum of two years of clinical veterinary experience Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in‑house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Strong mentorship, communication, and leadership skills Proven adaptability, initiative, and team‑building abilities Benefits & Compensation Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
