Clinical Role Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)Full-time employed positionEstablished, busy ENT practice serving patients from newborns through adultsApproximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient practiceFlexible schedule with the option of four clinic days and one operating room day per week or dedicated block surgical timeShared 1:4 call rotation, averaging approximately eight call days per monthAverage clinic volume of 20-25 patients per dayPerform a broad range of ENT procedures including septoplasty, turbinate reduction, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy (T&A), tonsillectomy, nasal and sinus endoscopy with debridement, and tongue biopsyPractice at a 465-bed, Joint Commission-accredited regional medical center with 15 operating rooms, Level III NICU, five cardiac catheterization labs, and advanced specialty technologyAccess to three Xi Da Vinci robotic surgical systemsOpportunity to build a long-term practice while maintaining an excellent work-life balanceAllow RecruitWell to arrange a confidential conversation with the hiring team to learn more about this opportunity.
