$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializes in Medical Surgical care to provide high-quality patient treatment in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering compassionate nursing services and supporting patient recovery. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physicians' orders. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition. Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control procedures. Qualifications: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Have at least 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Hold current CPR and ACLS certifications.
