Production Support

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring full-time General Production Team Members for our client in Marysville, OH. These are temporary-to-hire opportunities with start dates available within the next week.


Position Details:


- Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
- Sign-on Bonus: $150 after completing 80 hours
- Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts available
- Location: Marysville, OH


Primary Responsibilities:


- Drive new automobiles through repair and shipping processes.
- Apply protective shipping wrap and grounding strips.
- Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations.
- Assemble, sort, inspect, and package parts using hand tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.


Requirements:


- Valid Driver's License and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours on concrete floors.
- Capability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
- Strong hand-eye coordination for repetitive fine motor tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
