Graphic Designer

Job Description Position: Graphic Designer Rainbow Shops is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team! This person will report to the Creative Director and will work closely with other members of the department. Ideal candidates think creatively while having strong time management skills to meet deadlines. What You’ll Do: Work closely with Creative Director and Art Director to design digital marketing assets for daily email blasts, as well as other Ecommerce creative deliverables. Collaborate on campaign concepts for women’s and kids photo shoots, and be on-set when needed. Handle multiple projects with the ability to adjust priorities as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional team members. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Art or related field. Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience creating effective marketing emails and digital ads. Experience with basic print production and press approvals. 1-2 years’ experience working for a fashion retailer. Ability to work independently and own projects outright, and to work collaboratively within the creative department. The ability to shift quickly between editing, design, and operational tasks. Strong skills in photo editing, cropping, retouching and compositing. Strong typography, layout and design production skills REQUIRED Online portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinking. PREFERRED Video editing skills.
