First American is looking to add a Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

WhatYou'llDo:

Assistin the escrow processfor simple and complex commercial transactionssuch aspreparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information,andhandling disbursement and follow-up

Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed

Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings

Work withinnovativetechnologiesto enable escrow transactions andcommunicateswithcustomers to providea phenomenalcustomer experience

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
