How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Execute High-Touch Patient Concierge Services by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring every patient and visitor is greeted and checked in/out with professional excellence.
• Master Revenue Cycle Front-End Operations by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications to ensure seamless claim processing and reimbursement.
• Orchestrate Clinical Scheduling & Documentation by managing patient appointments, confirming schedules, and processing medical record release requests with strict adherence to privacy protocols.
• Drive Financial Accuracy & Daily Reconciliation by entering and auditing patient procedure charges, collecting co-payments, and reconciling daily reports and deposits for 100% accuracy.
• Maintain Data Integrity by meticulously capturing and verifying patient demographic information within the EHR system.
• Provide Multidimensional Administrative Support to the clinical team, ensuring the front office operates with peak efficiency and organizational flow.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with medical scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Stable Professional Tenure: A proven track record of stability in high-volume customer service or front-desk roles.
• Medical Office Savvy: Demonstrated experience in a medical setting, with a strong understanding of insurance verification and patient privacy (HIPAA).
