Competitive pay Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling Comprehensive benefits package Supportive leadership and team environment Paid training and ongoing education Opportunities for career growth and advancement What You'll Do As a Personal Care Aide, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with medication reminders and medication administration as permitted by state regulations Help residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning Serve meals and assist residents with feeding when needed Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Build positive relationships with residents and their families Encourage resident independence while providing compassionate support Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Pennsylvania Personal Care Aide training or willingness to complete required training Previous experience working with seniors or in healthcare preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while following established care plans Ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer up to 25 pounds safely We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a passion for caring for seniors Treats every resident with dignity, kindness, and respect Works well as part of a team Is dependable and committed to providing exceptional care Brings a positive attitude to work every day Join Our Team!
