Job description:
Aurum Ventures is seeking a hardworking and driven Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding team! This role would require working ON-SITE daily in St. Louis, MO.
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing sales and marketing strategies while interacting directly with customers to deliver outstanding experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a rewarding career in marketing and sales.
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for:
Engaging directly with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost sales performance.
Providing product/service information to customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
Participating in client meetings and presentations to support sales objectives.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Supporting social media and digital marketing efforts to increase customer engagement and sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a sales-driven environment.
A passion for marketing, branding, and sales.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation
