The company offers a collaborative environment where supply chain professionals can make a meaningful impact on business performance and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionServe as the primary supply chain and procurement contact for assigned customer programs, ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, lead time, and supply risk.Manage the full purchase order life cycle, ensuring orders are placed accurately and on schedule.Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and material availability to proactively mitigate risks.Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, delays, and supply chain disruptions.Identify and qualify alternative suppliers and components to support continuity of supply.Drive procurement activities including expediting, supplier follow-up, and delivery management.Optimize inventory levels and stocking strategies to improve working capital and inventory performance.Analyze forecast changes, backlog movement, and demand fluctuations to support business planning.Provide regular program updates, performance reporting, and action plans to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with operations, program management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
