We are always looking for motivated individuals that are excited about jump-starting their careers in a rapidly growing industry.The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting all operations associates and operational functions including order processing, estimating, purchasing, logistics, people management and development, and customer service.Essential FunctionsOversee all operations ensuring all necessary supplies and materials needed to complete jobs are orderedPartner with scheduling team to confirm schedule is up to date and at capacity for the amount of Install teams are availableReview all jobs with Sales team, Purchasing team, and Schedulers to verify correct amount of material and manpower to execute the jobCertify all items on the schedule are legitimate and to determine if billable and verify that the correct procedures are being followed to ensure paymentMaintain excellent relationships with builders and design companies to ensure jobs are running smoothly and productivelyP&L responsibilityOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceRequiredHigh School or equivalentMinimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferredBachelor's DegreeSkills & CompetenciesProven history as a team leaderSuccessful history in managing branch operationsKnowledge of the construction industryExperience with RFMS a plusBilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)Strong written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workersProactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issuesExhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process, and makes timely decisionsStrong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production processWorking knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word process software and order processing systemsIf you value opportunities to grow from within, enjoy great benefits, and appreciate a healthy work-life balance, then there is a place for you here.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.
