Enterprise Communication Application Engineer The Enterprise Communication Application Engineer is responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise-wide communication platforms. This includes systems such as messaging, paging systems, and clinical or operational communication solutions - e.g., Spok Software & Wireless, Emergency Alert system and Vocera. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive experience supporting enterprise communication platforms such as (do not have to have all of them) Operator Console, paging systems, messaging applications and healthcare communication platforms -e.g., Spok, Vocera, secure messaging solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
