Patient 1:

Schedule: Sunday-Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm
Location/Setting: Rossville 30741
Age Range: Child

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Patient 2: (PRN)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday 7:00am-3:00pm
Location/Setting: Rossville 30707
Age Range: Child

Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
