We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Laurinburg, NC. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and guarantee the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends under‑car repair services and oversees the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, staging vehicle repair/maintenance work. Driving the sales initiatives of Mavis, Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, ensure satisfaction with the in‑store experience and strive to meet expectations. Qualifications To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant or Service Manager, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess either 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities required.
