We have exciting warehouse opportunities for experienced and skilled warehouse professionals. We have 1st shift available! Pay is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start, based on experience level. Contract to hire after 90 days with amazing benefits package after hire in. We are seeking candidates that have longevity in their work history and previous small parcel experience.

1st shift 7am-3:30pm

Position Summary

This position will train in all roles within the warehouse function. i.e. shipping, material handling and receiving functions. Must be able to operate all materials moving equipment and pass the certification testing. Has computer skill-set to learn various computer software for all shipping and receiving functions with accuracy and efficiency. Follows all GMP and food safety guidelines. Works with multiple departments to facilitate material and information flow.

Essential Job Functions

• Identifies and anticipates production and shipping needs and replenishes packaging and raw materials.

• Receive trucks, unload, and check in raw materials, verifying against packing slips.

• Utilize Company proprietary software and internal ERP system to complete daily work.

• Assembles orders and prepares for shipment.

• Ensures proper labeling for all shipments and correct packaging.

• Follows best packing methods to prevent damage during shipping and minimize costs.

• Accurately records all shipping data.

• Utilizes and maintains knowledge from HazMat labeling requirement training and ensures that all HazMat products are handled to meet standards.

• Verifies and maintains records in ERP system of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Arranges for outgoing transportation as needed.

• Communicates and works closely with Customer Experience Team (Customer Care Reps and Customer Success Managers). Notifies of shipping provider changes, customer pick-up status, RMAs, etc.

• Put away finished product and raw materials to appropriate bin locations.

• Processes materials transfers correctly in the ERP system to sustain accurate inventory.

• Pulls skids and disposition for reuse / properly dispose of materials & waste.

• Assist in identifying new ingredient / finished product locations as needed.

• Ability to multi-task, assist colleagues and manage his/her own time throughout the day.

• Works collaboratively in a team environment

• Accurately and timely receives and inspect incoming raw materials and packaging. Ideally within the shift be worked of receipt or sooner for temperature sensitive raw materials.

• Items that are not possible to receive during the shift for any reason, must be communicated to Leadership and Procurement.

• Immediately notifies Procurement of any raw materials arriving damaged or quantity discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment handling small parcels
• Must have good work history and resume outlining eperience to be considered
• Must have warehouse equipment experience including pallet jack, forklift
• Must have strong computer skills with experience utilizing ERP software strongly preferred
