Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our clinic and provide integrated, state-of-the-art rehabilitation services within a collaborative clinical environment. This role is focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and supporting recovery through evidence-based treatment approaches. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have access to established referral sources, comprehensive patient records, advanced imaging studies, and ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration, allowing you to concentrate on providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards of practice.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Identify patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical software efficiently.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment and decision-making when appropriate.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license.
• Candidates with active or pending state licensure, including those scheduled to sit for licensure boards within the next six months, are encouraged to apply.
