Diagnostic Medical SonographerThe Diagnostic Medical Sonographer functions as a healthcare provider who works under the delegated authority of the supervising physician serving as a medical imaging professional providing clinically relevant information to assist the physician with diagnosis and treatment of patients. The role and responsibilities include providing diagnostic medical sonographer services and its various clinical specialties. The activities are performed consistent with their education and training and in accordance with facility policy and procedures and applicable professional standards.Schedule: Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks Night Shift | Thursday Friday Saturday 6:30pm-7:00amPay and Benefits: Pay starting at 39.39 per hour pay determined by experience Pay range: 38.79- 58.19 per hour 2500 hiring bonus This role is eligible for Baylor pay Full time benefits: medical dental PTO retirement employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableQualifications: Certificate Completion of a two-year Allied Health education program or Associate or Bachelors of Applied Science Degree Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) ARDMS Credentialed in one of the following (credentials in multiple specialties preferred): 1) Abdomen 2) OBGYN 3) Pediatric 4) MSK RDMS Breast credentials required to rotate through Breast Center Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) RVT Registered within 6 months Vascular Experience Preferred To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time position.
