The Sampler Sales Executive plays a key role in presenting HGV ownership products and programs to guests and potential owners driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

As a Sampler Sales Executive you will:
- Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to guests and prospective owners
- Generate maximum net sales volume while meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Deliver a professional ethical and engaging sales experience aligned with company standards
- Build rapport with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate vacation ownership solutions
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products promotions and industry trends
- Adhere to all company policies compliance standards and ethical sales practices
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the Spirit of Service culture
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent active listening skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport needs/values selling negotiating and closing the sale
- Problem-solving ability
- Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
