Registered Nurse Service Line Coordinator OR

Job Summary As an RN Service Line Coordinator, you will coordinate unit operations and promote collaboration among team members. You are a Registered Nurse who is passionate about leading and mentoring others while ensuring delivery of exceptional care to patients and their families. What You Will Do In Your Role Apply advanced leadership skills to achieve desired outcomes and prevent or resolve conflict. Serve as a role model and promote exceptional standards of behavior while providing optimal patient care and a positive work environment. Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to make appropriate patient care assignments and deliver safe nursing care. Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient‑care team. Accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing. What Qualifications You Will Need Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate’s, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program. Registered Nurse License to practice in Texas or an active multi‑state RN Compact license (must obtain a Texas RN license within 60 days of hire if holding a compact license). One year of current RN clinical experience in the specialty area of the unit (OR) required. Current BLS certification.
