Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description Randstad is currently working with a Manufacturing company that produces electrical connection and protection products.. They are currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians at their facility in Solon, OH. Salary: $52,000.00 - 68,639.97 per year + none salary: $52,000 - $68,639.97 per year Reference: AB_4979696 shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Qualifications 2 - 5 years’ of experience in Maintenance within an Industrial or Manufacturing Environment. PLC/Stamping Press Controls knowledge a plus. Responsibilities Perform basic preventative maintenance on industrial machinery. Basic troubleshooting, modification, and repair of production machinery and equipment. Basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair as required. Assist Manufacturing Engineering with process or equipment improvements. Must be able to communicate effectively with Tool and Die, Engineering, Supervisors and outside vendors regarding projects and repair problems. Ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required is preferred. Perform a sequence of work to install, repair, and maintain a wide variety of production and building equipment. Perform basic work on interior and exterior building/facilities equipment such as air compressors, HVAC units, lighting/fans and restroom facilities. Move and install large machinery. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, maintenance work orders, or manufacturers manuals. Use basic hand and power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring equipment. Perform other job duties as assigned.
