Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business & functional requirements Translate requirements into technical solutions Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams Create process flows, BRDs, and technical documentation Support testing (UAT), defect tracking, and deployments Analyze data and provide actionable insights Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst Strong experience in Retail/POS systems Hands‑on experience with SQL & data analysis Experience with APIs / data integrations Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience with payment systems / gateways Exposure to AWS, CI/CD, or monitoring tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
