Job Description The Hurtt Fabricating Youth Apprenticeship Program allows high school juniors or seniors to earn credit while gaining real-world experience and getting paid. Students receive one‑on‑one mentoring and on‑the‑job training in bidding, drafting, purchasing, cutting, welding, quality control, and shipping. Earn while you learn. Pay increases as skill and benchmarks are achieved. At the completion of the program, students receive a full‑time employment offer. Qualifications Be a junior or senior in High School. Interested in Welding or Manufacturing.
