We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to join our Joplin team and help local businesses enhance their employee benefit offerings. In this role, you will work directly with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to provide customized benefit solutions that improve employee satisfaction and support organizational goals. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales position with strong long-term earning and growth potential.
