The Role Lead Clinical Support Specialist – manage a patient engagement program achieving five‑star results across Medicare Part C and Part D measures. Partner with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist, set strategic approaches with leadership, manage a Clinical Care Support team, engage patients, providers, pharmacists, and align client expectations with Arine Customer Success. Responsibilities Support oversight of goals, progress, and resource allocation of a full‑service clinical project. Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve quality measures. Manage team productivity and timelines to ensure goals are met. Ensure quality assurance standards are met. Represent the Clinical Care team at customer meetings and lead internal staff meetings. Hire, train, and schedule team members; lead the growth and development of the team. Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members. Respond to questions from patients, providers, and other personnel. Comply with all company policies and state/federal rules and regulations. Qualifications Minimum 12 months of experience managing a Clinical, Patient, or Customer Support team – track record of excellence and demonstrated leadership (required). Team management and coaching experience, preferably remote. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and triage skills. Strong organizational priorities and time‑management. Excellent communication and project‑management skills. Empathy and compassion in fostering patient adherence. Familiarity with standard medication‑adherence workflows. Independent judgment and decision‑making to meet deadlines. Effective teamwork and consensus building. Eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Docs. Remote Work Requirements Established private work area ensuring information privacy. Stable high‑speed internet connection. Remote location but required to attend on‑site meetings multiple times per year (interviews, onboarding, team meetings). Job Requirements Pass a background check. Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
