Registered Nurse (RN)

Regency Care of Central Oregon is a skilled nursing community located in Bend, OR. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our RN team. Responsibilities Train staff and assist the director of nursing. Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and create a home‑like environment for residents. Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication administration and treatments, encouraging self‑care and independence within state regulations. Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans. Adhere to infection control and safety procedures. Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation. Evaluate health emergencies to determine appropriate medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing.
