About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements, from the initial pitch to the close of the transaction. This role involves being the primary day-to-day contact for a diverse range of clients, including corporate, private equity, and founder-owned entities, and requires the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. The VP will also be responsible for managing transaction processes, overseeing the preparation of various financial and marketing materials, and mentoring a team of Associates and Analysts. Collaboration with senior bankers on business development initiatives and a deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics are essential. Applicants for the Investment Banking VP position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with a proven track record in executing M&A and/or capital markets transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are a must, as is the ability to manage client relationships and lead transaction teams. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and project management capabilities, as well as a history of mentoring junior professionals and thriving in a collaborative environment. The company values a candidate who is adept at driving multiple live transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service and execution quality.
