What You Will Bring:

• Certification by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or equivalent
• Proficiency in General Ultrasound techniques (abdomen, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or similar setting preferred
• Ability to maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general ultrasound exams, ensuring clear image acquisition and accurate documentation
• Prepare and position patients, providing explanations and reassurance throughout the procedure
• Assist radiologists and physicians with diagnostic procedures and compile findings
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure a safe, sterile environment
• Accurately complete required paperwork and manage patient records
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and departmental meetings
