Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' issues and backgrounds.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are effective and align with clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Provide teletherapy services that address clients’ accessibility needs, ensuring effective communication and engagement during sessions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
