What you'll be doing day to day Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and channel strategy. Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content tailored to platform-specific audiences and objectives. Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and conversations while fostering positive brand interactions. Integrate key business initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, national trends, and holidays into social media content plans. Identify, source, and build relationships with content creators and brand advocates to support campaign objectives. Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and audience growth. Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure a competitive and innovative social presence. Support on-site content capture at events, activations, store openings, etc. and community partnerships as needed. Together as a team Our team is the voice of IKEA. JOB TYPE: Salaried, Exempt HOURS: Salaried Role - Open Availability required including nights, holidays and weekends.
