Technical PM- Integrations- IND

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise integration initiatives across multiple technology platforms. This role will partner closely with engineering and development teams to drive delivery of integration-based projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are effectively managed. The Project Manager does not need to be a hands-on integration expert but must be technically conversant-able to engage with developers, understand APIs and middleware concepts, and translate technical details into clear project plans and stakeholder updates. This role will lead planning, execution, and tracking using Agile tools, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of integration efforts involving APIs, middleware, and backend systems. Familiarity with modern development stacks and integration platforms is important, as is the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced technology environment. Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and delivery efficiency is considered a plus.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall Project Management experience, preferably on technology-driven initiatives
- Strong understanding of integration-based projects, with the ability to work closely with developers and dive into technical details when needed
- Familiarity with APIs and integration platforms such as IBM API Connect; exposure to IBM App Connect or IBM Integration tools is a plus
- Experience working with Java-based environments (Java, Spring Boot, related Microsoft ecosystems)
- Proficiency using Jira for Agile project tracking; experience using AI tools to improve productivity or delivery efficiency is a plus
