Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.Good experience on HP OpenView administration - OVO administration activities include installation and configuring of OVO agents on client machines, troubleshooting of OVO related issues, configuration, agent troubleshooting, template customization and troubleshooting and administration.HP BSM (OMi) Administration and support.Event flow management, working with event handling mechanism (TBEA, correlation, suppression etc), creating workspaces/dashboard in BSM/OMi.Analytical and Communication skills.project and talent management.Experience with project management.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
