Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Are you an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead major infrastructure projects, grow client relationships, and play a key role in business development? We're partnering with a highly respected engineering consulting firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and growth of municipal water and wastewater projects across Florida. What You'll Do: Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery. Drive business development efforts by preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and winning new work. Lead multidisciplinary project teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication from start to finish. Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team. Provide technical leadership on complex engineering challenges and innovative infrastructure solutions. Represent the firm within industry organizations and support continued market growth. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida, or ability to obtain through reciprocity. 10 + years of experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Proven experience as a seller-doer , combining technical excellence with successful business development. Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
