We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in Fort Washington, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment on a 3-2-2-3 schedule, with day shifts from 6:15 am to 6:45 pm. Be part of a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to high-quality production and safety compliance.

Job Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment
Set up, calibrate, and optimize machinery for top-quality production
Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation
Accurately document production metrics, machine logs, and perform quality checks
Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2 years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation
Strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team

Preferences

Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or related standards
Additional certifications in related fields

Drug testing is not required for this position. This is a non-remote opportunity with a total of 1,744 hours per year, working 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
