ANP/Paramedic - Primary Care & Home Visits

Idle Medical Centre is seeking an ANP/Paramedic to join the visiting team, performing home visits and occasional clinic duties. You will assess patients’ health needs, manage care plans, and contribute to prescribing within the practice formulary while maintaining thorough documentation.
